Dr. Freddie M. Sikaneta is the founder and visionary leader of EL-ROI Ministries International. His passion is to see lives transformed through the power of God's Word and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

With a heart for discipleship, leadership development, prophetic ministry, and biblical teaching, he is committed to equipping believers to discover their God-given purpose and become effective leaders both inside and outside the church.

His ministry emphasizes spiritual growth, prayer, servant leadership, and the practical application of Scripture in everyday life.

Minister of the Gospel

Pastor Rita Sikaneta faithfully serves alongside her husband as a minister of the Gospel and leader within the Women's Ministry.

Her ministry is centered on encouraging women, strengthening families, and helping individuals experience God's healing love and restoration. Through biblical teaching, compassionate care, and prayer, she inspires believers to live confidently in God's promises and faithfully fulfill His calling.

Together, Dr. Freddie and Pastor Rita share a vision of seeing lives transformed and communities impacted through the love of Jesus Christ.

We believe worship opens the heart to God's presence.

Every gathering is designed to create an atmosphere where people can experience heartfelt worship, fervent prayer, biblical preaching, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Through intercession, prophetic encouragement, and deliverance ministry, we seek to help believers experience spiritual breakthrough and renewed hope.
